Inshore Saltwater Anglers (ISA) conducts catch
and release fishing tournaments, family activities and fishing outings. Our community
involvement activities include: participating in programs to protect our environment,
conducting fishing seminars and teaching children about the joys of fishing.
The club holds a monthly meeting the
first Monday of each month at 7:00 PM. We always try to provide fellowship for the entire
family. Each month we feature guest speakers, ranging from local veteran anglers and
guides, to state officials providing important and interesting information about fishing.
ISA members participate in several tournaments.
We fish the tournaments on a point system with the top
10 anglers receiving awards at the
end of the year. We also recognize an outstanding female and junior angler.
We also have other outings for the entire family
and weekend fishing adventures outside of our immediate area. We always finish our year
with an award banquet, which features awards for the top anglers, door prizes, fun
activities, and simply great fellowship with our membership and families.
A newsletter is published and mailed to ISA
members. ISA offers many activities that will appeal to your interests. Whether you
want tips on how to fish or what boat to buy we can help and make it fun too! |
