7:00 pm -Meeting called to session at by Club President Steve Persampieri.
Steve- Tonight=s meeting we are starting out with some great news, we have some
new sponsors coming aboard as well as some renewing for 2008.
*Captain Mike Darveau has taken on a Silver level Sponsorship
*Captain Vic Tyson has also renewed his sponsorship
*Strike Zone also at Silver level sponsorship
*B.J.'s boss, State Farm Agent Ray Moore has donated $1000.00 cash
*Glen with Creative Design & Landscapes will also be a sponsor.
Please take the time to patron our sponsors and show them our appreciation as
often as possible.
2007 sponsorship obligations that have been met and available for the banquet
are:
*Wild West Guns- with an Over/Under shot gun
*Krissi with Embroider Me has donated shirts & hats
*Thrifty Outdoors - Rod & Reel Combo, shirt, hat
*Power Pole with a 6ft. White Power Pole
*TMS - Charly Fagerquest with Merchandise at over a $600. value
I hope everyone received the email about Club Crashers and has taken the time to register
with them. It would be a great treat to have Hank &/or Al come join us.
A notice was received about the club status being dissolved as a profit organization, we will
be following this up to make sure we are a Not for profit organization.
We need some volunteers to take pictures at the 2007 Banquet. Rick & Terri have volunteered. Yeah!!
I trust that everyone has received a copy of the proposal to amend the current by-laws in regards to
the 3 beats 2 and 2 beats 1 theory.

We will also vote on our new proposed Tournament schedule for 2008. Wilbur Hicks suggested changing
March Tournament location due to inclement weather. Vote will determine any changes to be made
after the break.

Time to vote on By-Law changes in regards to 3/2/1. Any comments before vote? None.
Votes were cast and 3/2/1 Wins the vote and by-law changes will be written up and
changed accordingly.
Time to vote on Tournament Schedule submitted by Tournament Director Bobby McMillan.

Don=t forget the cash bar opens at 6:00pm at the banquet and dinner will be served around 7:00pm.
