7:00 pm -Meeting was called to session by President Steve Persampieri.
We will begin tonight’s meeting with a moment of silence in honor of Fred Garrett.
To start out with the Banquet was very nicely done and a big success. Let’s give a
“Thank you” hand to Rick & Terry, Ted & Maggie and Dwayne & B.J. for all of
There hard work putting it all together for us.
Make sure you sign the “sign-in sheet “going around so you can be counted for and
get your point for attending the meeting. We also have two drawings going around,
one for the 50/50 and one for the grab bag drawing so make sure you buy your
tickets. We also have two $50 gift certificates from Lester’s Outboard brought to us
by Fred Wilson.
Please remember club dues are due tonight for the 2008 season, please make sure you

Just a suggestion to ponder, I (Steve) thought it would be a good idea to add a
a chat forum to our club website for all club members to use. Also our web master
is trying hard to get our site up to date and simplified so we can take over and
handle it each month ourselves.
Bobby McMillan (tournament director)- This Saturday is our first Tournament of the
New year. It will be a three whiting tournament out of Fernandina. Start at 6:45am
Or first safe light and weigh in will be at 3:00pm.
Kelly Anson (Club Treasurer)- Our banquet profited $3140. Last year we had a loss
of $4120. so this year was a huge success. Our current balance is $7448.05.
We are sending a list around to get updated shirt sizes so we can place our order for
this years club shirts. Please make sure your name is on that list and that your shirt
size is correct.
We need help passing out the remaining plaques from the banquet. If you are near
